Add Button to disable the helper Buttons

Added a Back button to the floating overlay that injects the Ren’Py rollback key (Page Up) so players can rewind without opening the quick menu.
Skip button now has a reusable toggle helper: enabling sends Ctrl-down, disabling sends Ctrl-up, and animations stay consistent.
Clicking anywhere outside Skip (or when no overlay button is hit) automatically exits skip mode, ensuring the button resets even if the player taps the game screen.
