This is not worth it. You go to a vehicle in the vehicle is not even there less than three minutes. It was probably a car that just stopped there and notified you guys and it wasn’t even no service there so that makes you just run around like a chicken with your head cut off looking for calls so yes, it’s not worth it

Doesn’t refresh the drops automatically, mostly got to refresh manually in order to see where’s the next accident/tow is located.

You guys really need to fix this app, it used to be good. I’ve missed more work on than made. App never pops up notifications or when it does it sends multiple alerts for the same one. It’s very glitchy.

Keeps closing you out and you have to keep signing back in

Every other month this app is always experiencing some type of bug. It’s constantly logging out and the notifications are coming sometimes as late as 10mins. But the creator still charges their $30+ something a month. This will be my last month using this trash. It was a good app when it first came out.

Ever since the update, it constantly signs my phone out. My alerts are way delayed, sometimes not coming through at all. The notifications aren’t always there. You have to refresh the page in order to get new notifications. Terrible. Terrible for $30 a month I expect better.

App sends notifications but only if it’s open in the background and sends duplicate notifications at least 3-4 most of the time all at once. Also the app logs me out and makes me sign back in at least 2-3 times a day

Too many times getting kicked out. You need to fix these problems. Also. No customer service Try talking to someone by phone. It’s impossible. Poor poor way of doing business
