I previously left a critical review because holds resulted in stuck notes on mono synths. The most recent version fixed the bug and it now works like a charm!

I wrote s very simple sequence three c notes. The first was a hold and the second two were singles. This simple sequence caused my synth to think a key was held and stop triggering on note on events. I pulled up the MIDI log and found that neon omits the note off message when hold is enabled and still sends a second note on message when the next note is played. The end result is there are multiple note on messages for the same note and only one note off. This is invalid. If hold is enabled, don’t send the note off, but then also do not send a new note on for the next note.

This app has potential, very nice features. But it crashes all the time and losses its state in AUM.

This little sequencer is a great way to get the creative juices flowing, especially for bass lines I find, but for any melodic sequence really. Tons of fun to just sit and tweak with a performance-friendly UI. Great sequencer!

This is an excellent (partial) implementation of the Intellijel Metropolix Hardware Sequencer. Btw.: I don‘t have any CPU-issues as reported by a few other users. There are only a few more things I would like to see: 1) another colour scheme „White“ 2) another submenue/grouping of the scales to the right of the existing one to avoid massive scrolling 3) stage propability (which should come I have heard)
