Prompts me to join onboard Aer Lingus Wi-Fi while joined already to that Wi-Fi. Does not pair. After a few attempts refuses to get beyond splash screen. when starting app becomes totally non responsive and quitting/ restarting has no effect. Uninstalled/reinstalled - no impact. Deserves less than 1 star. Would maybe not be quite so annoyed if the screen in seat front did not continuously prompt me to connect while sitting here.

This simply does not work! Sitting in business and app doesn’t even open correctly and not worth downloading. Disappointing

Why do people invent stuff like this? Something that, quite obviously does not work. Did anyone actually try it before spending… I dont know, but not cheap I would imagine. (Maybe we should find out next time Aer Lingus needs another bail out from the government). Who in their right minds commissions something like this?!? Apparently the only person in the country who doesn’t own a smart phone and doesn’t know what an app is has been put in charge of technology procurement for the national carrier. Yay, making Ireland Look Thick Again!!! G’wan lads, put your green MILTA cap on and put your sticky hand into the sweet jar like the old days.

This would be so much better if the app could do audio playback to your of headphones over Bluetooth!

Not sure why this app gets no love. Works as advertised and for the price you can’t beat it! When connecting to seatback over Bluetooth you do need to be pretty quick to accept the connection of the seatback screen before it times out. Works fine, no complaints from me.

Please invest time into allowing interchangeable audio and video playback on-device, rather than on the passenger-facing screen - it's just streaming data across a network. Integrate AirPlay natively on iOS devices.

Onboard display tells to download the app and afterwards gives the code but the app does not pair. Not clear of this is bluetooth or what. Nothing in the settings to indicate how to connect.
