When I started using this app years ago it was great! I could see a nurse working a few minutes. Now we are averaging 1-3 hours in the waiting room. Someone even longer! At least I can close the app and go about my day. I just wish they would hire some more nurses.

I booked an appointment for my throat, the “nurse” thinks it’s my stomach, I’ve had no voice for over a month due to multiple colds but no, she thinks it’s stomach acid.

I have made 3 attempts at booking a therapist and 3 times they were canceled by Telus. I have found out through work colleagues that this has been happening to others as well. This app instead of providing care has added more stress and angst than help. This ‘service’ is failing and I have gone through alternate providers for help. I do Not recommend using Telus ‘services’!

Comparativement à Dialogue ça prends des heures voir un médecin alors que Dialogue ca prenais moins de 10 minutes. C’est aussi long qu’une urgence traditionnelle.

The waiting time is horrible and the care takers are very rude and dont care about you waiting over 4+ hours and always tries to push you to come back the next day.

Ma fille a passé une journée entière à attendre et moi plusieurs heures. La plate-forme est vraiment moins conviviale que la plate-forme de dialogue. On n’a pas accès à notre prescription pour pouvoir l’envoyer dans une autre pharmacie si on a besoin et aucune façon de reparler avec le spécialiste sans avoir à recommencer le processus qui a déjà été pénible la première fois pour rejoindre quelqu’un. Je crois que les entreprises prennent telus juste pour sa notoriété sans réaliser quelqu’un c’est aussi long que d’aller consulter en personne.
