Es lässt sich auch in den App Einstellungen im iPhone keine deutsche Sprache einstellen. Trainingspläne können nicht erstellt werden, und bei den anderen Funktionen liegt auf Englisch niemand durch. Zumindest nicht ich. Schade

Great app overall, but it’s seriously let down by the lack of an Apple Watch app. This means you have to keep the app open during your workout (also to see the countdown time as it doesn’t push to the Dynamic Island or Home Screen). If these issues are fixed I would happily pay for the AI features. As it stands, having my phone with me during workouts is difficult as I like to disconnect at the gym. Two major features the other similar apps have.

I think I have downloaded a dozen different workout apps to try them out, all had something I liked, but none had everything untill I tried out Alpha Progression; everything about this app is great. All exersices I need, clear instructions &videos for exercises, good plan builder, a timer that works, easy to rearrange exercises, automatic suggestion and adjustment of needed weight and I can get one and one. The app stimulates me going to the gym because it is made so easy. Maybe one tiny request to add would be integration with Garmin. If this could be added then I will become a lifetime user 😎🤗💪

Mega übersichtlich und sehr einfach gehalten & Keine Werbung ! Ich bin absolut zufrieden mit der App und benutze sie jetzt ca. 3 Monate um mein Training zu tracken.

Ich habe mit vielen Jahren Pause dazwischen wieder mit dem Kraftsport angefangen. Früher hatte ich einen Plan, oder auch nicht und dann wurde einfach trainiert. Damals habe ich sicherlich nicht alles richtig gemacht, zu viel Gewicht, falsche Ausführung der Übungen und was sonst noch alles schief gehen kann. Heute im Zeitalter von Smartphone und KI muss doch mehr möglich sein dachte ich mir … Dann habe ich gesucht - und gefunden. Diese App hat mich kurzum überzeugt. Ein kurzer Test und ich habe mich für die Vollversion entschieden. Ich bekomme einen Plan erstellt den ich nachträglich einfach abwandeln kann. Ich kann Übungen komplett entfernen, hinzufügen oder nur einmalig austauschen. Wenn man mal unsicher ist mit der Ausführung hat man ein Video zur Hand und die Übung wird auch im Text beschrieben. Gewicht und Wiederholungen werden on the fly angepasst und man kann den Vorschlag annehmen, oder auch nicht. Übungen werden aufgezeichnet und man hat eine Historie. Fortschritte werden grafisch aufgearbeitet sichtbar gemacht. Die App kann noch so viel mehr was die Rezession sprengen würde. Kurzum, ich liebe diese App und nutze sie regelmäßig beim Training um keinen Erfolg zu verpassen.

Ich habe zwei Jahre lang mit Alpha Progress trainiert jedoch ohne mich einzuloggen weil das nie nötig war. Da man ja immer nett gefragt wird ob man sich doch einen Account stellen will habe ich das dann getan. Nach der Erstellung wollte ich mich dann einloggen aber musste danach feststellen dass alles was davor in der App getrackt war und meine erstellten Trainingspläne nicht mehr vorhanden sind. Sehr enttäuschend

And if you miss an exercise you can easily create it yourself. I love it.

This app creates a great and easy routine that I’m able to stick to for all the days that I go to the gym. When I’m unsure about form or how to do any certain exercise this app has a great explanation along with a video to show you how to properly execute the exercise.
