Says my email is invalid with a “-“ in it. My surnames double barrelled. Try another, then it says the password I used is incorrect! What the one I created and copied and pasted from a password manager!! This app is atrocious. Won’t be coming back to the 02 again… ever. Just use normal tickets!!!

Got a concert coming up and the fact that I’m forced to download this is infuriating to begin with, can’t do so with my older phone because it requires a more recent update, and then once using a device where i can finally download the app, the login process makes no sense. Still, I sign up with what ik is the right email, verify the account, and when trying to view my tickets, only get a screen with no real explanation to why it’s not working and no clear direction to fixing it or finding a solution. I’m so fkn angry abt the state of concerts and getting anywhere near them atm. Between insane prices and pos apps?? Excuse the crash out, just so sick of this

Got the app but doesn't recognise the password set and reset password button doesn't appear to work either, so completely stuck and frustrated. No help line or technical support either

Seems virtually impossible to find your tickets with this app or even login. Every possible combination username and password fails. When you eventually mange to get in, the app just sends you round in a never ending circle of entering your details again and not finding tickets bought through Ticketek.

This app is so bad it’s genuinely disgraceful. Why they have to make it so complex to see a gig I have no idea. I tried to sell my tickets for a gig I could no longer attend, and once I started the process (which ofc could only be done on this app rather than Ticketmaster where I purchased them) my tickets disappeared never to be seen again. The only record of them is on Ticketmaster, and whenever I try and access/sell/transfer them it says go to the app. The app won’t even let me log in now it just keeps crashing. Completely appalling and would genuinely put me off seeing gigs at The O2 going forward, which is a shame.

I have the same email address for axs and ticketmaster but different password. I used ticketmaster to buy these tickets but says incorrect password so I tried axs also doesn’t work. How do I go in to see Benson Boone? I cannot access. I even tried forget password

Terrible App. I have paid fro very expensive tickets that i cannot access despite gout round and round in circles on this app
