It’s hard to read and see what the copy is on the hp of app. It’s a bad UX experience with all the videos. It needs to be a cleaner experience

Only thing I would change is I do not like the giant “ootd” moving graphic on the homepage. I also miss TNA being more of its own brand but I know that’s not an app thing. Anyway, just nice to have an app for Aritzia after always using the website for years!

I love aritzia and I love how there’s an app now it makes it so easy to shop the app is super fun and easy to use 5/5 definitely recommend!!!

Application pas tellement intuitive. Chercher les morceaux qui vont avec la pièce qu’on regarde ne sont pas mit de lavant.

I’m really glad Aritzia finally released an app — overall it works well, feels smooth, and makes browsing their collections much easier than using the mobile website. The design is clean, the images look great, and the overall experience is definitely improved compared to before. That said, there are a few minor inconveniences that make the app less pleasant to use at times: The “Check Availability in Store” button sometimes disappears, which can be frustrating when you’re actively trying to see what’s in stock nearby. The back button really needs improvement. Relying on a small “X” at the top of the page makes navigating backwards harder than it should be. A normal, consistent back function is a big necessity for any shopping app. Viewing full product details takes too many steps. You often have to slide up multiple times just to read everything, which slows things down. The search button is placed inconveniently, making it less accessible when you want to quickly look up an item or category. Despite these issues, the app has a solid foundation and works well overall. With a few usability improvements, it could easily become an excellent shopping app.

Not sure if it’s just me but I usually use PayPal as my form of payment but there was no option to select this. Also had two gift cards that I was not able stack on the app. Had to go back to the website to do this. App is def easy to use..just needs some minor adjustments.

This is a glitchy, slow and all-round awful app. Save yourself the aggravation and simply use the website. Also, the feature photo of an open mouth is gross. Looks as though a 15 year old boy was hired to create it.

I’ve been using the app for weeks, it’s hard to navigate and like someone else said, “clunky” and outdated. Most importantly, all of a sudden it won’t let me login to the app today but it lets me use the SAME login information to successfully login on my computer, this app is so bad!
