Here’s how the Austrian App makes your journey easier:

• Book your flight, reserve your seat and add your baggage: Search for your desired flight, book it, and rent a car that will be waiting for you at your destination. You can also add any additional pieces of luggage directly in the app and reserve or change your seat.
• Online check-in: With the Austrian app, you can check in online for all Lufthansa Group Network Airlines flights. Your digital flight ticket will then appear directly on your smartphone. When boarding, simply open the app to show your mobile boarding pass.
• Travel ID and Austrian Miles and More: You can now save several payment methods directly to your Travel ID account thanks to the new digital wallet. This means you can pay with ease anytime and anywhere. Enter your personal details and select your personalized services to make the Austrian app even easier to use. To do this, use your Travel ID or your Austrian Miles & More login.
• Real-time information and flight status: Starting 47 hours before your departure, your personal travel assistant will provide you with all important updates and information about your flight. Push notifications about check-in, flight status and gate changes make sure you are always up to date. With messages that pop up on your home screen, you always have an overview of your trip and can relax and enjoy your journey.
During the flight
• Flight ticket and on-board services: With the Austrian app, you always have your mobile boarding pass and all on-board services with you – even when you are offline. That way you can keep track of all important flight information and changes at all times.
After the flight
• Track your baggage: Even after landing, the Austrian app will keep you informed of further steps that need to be taken. This means you always have an overview of your checked baggage and can track it easily.
