This is a great app and I appreciate that there are no adds. I just wish that instead of stopping mid breath with the timer, it would stop at the end of the breath.

I am recovering from multifocal double pneumonia. Although I am no longer in critical stages of illness or recovery, I am in a functional stage of recovery. This app is helping me tremendously with setting my own breathing patterns and cycles. I can’t recommend it enough. Truly grateful.

Very good app. Simple. Visual. Minimal and no distractions. I had a problem with high cortisol. I started breathing with this app once or twice a day and my cortisol has returned to normal levels. Superb.

This is great app to use prebuilt timers and create your own for various breathing exercises. One minor flaw - once you select and complete a program; and try to start another play button is not activated and hence the new program keeps going on and on
