I love Velocidrone, it’s my favorite sim. But, the iOS version is janky. Worse they don’t provide *any* documentation on how to get your controller connected to WiFi and working with Velocidrone. They have a basic video that shows some of this process, but the complicated bits are not covered. They really need to add a video or user manual about getting some of the most common controllers (Radiomaster, or even just ELRS) connected to WiFi. It’s sad because without the controller I don’t really have a use for the sim on my phone or iPad.

Yes, it is difficult to set up, but it is possible to use this with a real transmitter by connecting the ELRS 2.4 ghz module over WiFi. As far as I know there is no other option on iPad to use a simulator with an actual transmitter, so huge props to the developer for figuring out this workaround.

Ovviamente sono anni che uso il vostro simulatore su Mac e ora anche su iPhone/iPad. L’unica pecca è il controller ma non è colpa vostra. Per poter usare il controller bisogna avere ELRS 3.4 almeno e collegarlo tramite Wi-Fi (NO BLUETOOTH). Con ELRS 3.5 la connessione è molto stabile. Tornando al gioco ci sono solo 4 scenari. Speriamo un giorno Apple ci lasci connettere i controller direttamente con BT perché merita giocarci quando sono in giro. Grande ragazzi!

Its as great as it gets for mobile device I’ve tested almost every other sims on mobile like the dji one the fpvskydive and the currykitten but man is this one just better its worth every penny. It has the same physics as the pc versions , you can even play it offline and you can connect it to your radiotransmitter via ELRS WiFi sticks.

So not a single one of my transmitters is able to be connected and the digital controllers are extremely buggy. Also there’s something wrong with the settings of the controller. It’s not able to connect to anything. I love the way everything looks but in reality it’s just looks. This app won’t survive if it’s not constantly updated please I recommend for you guys to update it. I’m giving a three stars because I know you guys can do better and can fix these bugs. Please fix it. We didn’t pay $23 for no reason we expect a good excellent game.
