The app won’t let me log in. I keep getting an oops try again message. Then when I log into my account on the safari, and try to go to my rewards it tells me “this page isn’t working”

Tell me you have app developers that know nothing about your product without telling me. This app is horrible I can’t save favorites/love it list. I have to scroll and make multiple clicks just to see what the fragrance notes are. These are the two things I rely on most and the fact there is no way to save a favorite from the product screen is absolutely ridiculous, and the multiple clicks required to get the scent profile is unreasonable - it makes browsing so annoying that I gave up after only a few products.

The updated app never reflects your zip code and doesn’t give you the option to pick up at a nearby store. It sends you super far. I honestly don’t think it’s worth downloading.

The new version of the app won’t let me apply my rewards at checkout. The shopping experience on the app is also not seamless and user friendly — you have to do endless scrolling. Choosing store pickup is also terrible. Overall this new app update was not needed and not worth it

This app has not let me signed in with my account but online it does. Super frustrating

I have been trying to log in for 3 days and the app keeps saying “oops something went wrong” and will not let me log in. I’ve deleted completely and re downloaded it several times and it still won’t let me in. I took advantage of the Black Friday sale and won’t get credit for the rewards points. The bugs have not been worked out. Highly disappointed.

I placed an order and tried calling to change the address, but they couldn't do it. They told me to contact the carrier, and when I called the carrier, they told me to call Bath & Body Works again. When I called back, they sent me right back to the carrier. It feels like I'm being sent in circles. Once they take your money, you can't get any real help. Very disappointing customer service.

The app is always very glitchy and not user friendly. Was unable to successfully update my address before placing an order (despite completely deleting my previously address in app) Then had a terrible experience with the customer service chat while trying to resolve the issue. I’ve had some sort of issue every time I’ve used this app and plan to stop using it all together at this point.

It’s really ridiculous to have forced updates. It’s also frustrating when you go into a store and pull up the app so they can scan your code only to find you have to update it first. I also don’t see why you don’t have an option in settings to turn the videos off.
