I purchased a lens during Black Friday and ordered a used one that was rated a 10 (perfect condition). When it arrived, it had a noticeable rattle and the glass inside was moving, which is definitely not normal. I called hoping to exchange it, but was told I would need to return it and purchase a new lens instead, and that they couldn’t replace the used one. It’s really disappointing because the Black Friday sale saved me $200, and now I’d have to pay full price for the same lens.

Suggest “free shipping/free returns” membership option. While every product received from B&H in excellent condition with reliable delivery… (…and I love your free shipping option…) …and I’d prefer to buy from B&H over Amazon EVERY TIME!! However, return shipping $$ = BARRIER = buy from Amazon-UGH! …And they charge $70/year for the “privilege”! Please offer a “membership “ or some other incentive with free shipping and FREE RETURNS. I’d rather buy from B & H. Thanks for considering, Robert Cohen, Kittery, ME

It’s simply all about the filtering. I occasionally shop at other photo/video retailers but if I need to find my options for a new purchase, nothing compares to B&H. Every feature of a product that you can think of is something you can filter or sort through your results with. Need a lens adapter? Narrow it down by the camera mount, lens mount, whether it has electronic contacts, whether it has glass inside... perfect. Only thing I’d ask for is a dark mode! Update: as of 2025, the app feels like it could use a little love. The core functionality is still great but I’ve been noticing more bugs, crashes, etc, especially with checkout. Still the best out there though!

App won’t open properly keeps crashing even when I restarted my phone, iOS 26.2 loading screen is white and while have to loading fully just keeps crashing.
