How disconnected are you from your users that you think showing the premium subscription paywall every time the app is focused is a good idea?

Used this app for years and loved it. Stopped using two years ago and came back and now every time you open the app, you have to close a window telling you should upgrade. I understand they likely want money, but every single time I open the app is a bit much. Even if I was in it two minutes ago. I just want to track my start and stop time, I don’t care for any of the other features, so I am not going to pay. But you are punished with a never ending pop up if you don’t. Deleting and finding an alternative.

I love this app, but I just wish it included a water tracking component - you can track food, weight, mood and of course the fasting, but the water would be a nice addition

It shows incorrect dates. I fasted Dec 1-2 and it shows correctly on the calendar but on the fasting hours summary it’s Nov 29-30. The rings on the calendar are not helpful either, I’d rather see my total fasted hours each day than the nutrition/sleep/etc rings.

Good app, but every time I open it, I’m prompted to subscribe. There should be an option to turn off those subscription prompts.

I keep track of 16 hour, daily, 7 day, 28 day fasts, etc. However, if I forget to enter the end of the fast that started yesterday until late in the evening, it has gone past the time of when a 7 or 28 day fast starts, and I lose the streak. OR, if I do a greater than 24 hour fast (such as a 36-48 hr fast), the system records it as only one fast, therefore also ruining a 7 or 28 day streak. I’ve been averaging 17 hours a day for about 5 years now, and this glitch is super annoying, bc I have not missed a day in all these years. I’ve written to the company to discuss those, and they say they cannot do anything about it. So, even tho I paid for this in the past, I do not renew bc of this glitch, which seems like it should be fixable.

Ive been overweight most of my life. I’m a 55 yo woman and he gained another 10 pounds with menopause. A friend told me about this app. I’ve tried intermittent fasting before without much success. However I learned much more about all the other benefits of IF which motivated me through the first week! I’ve been eating after dinner for decades. Since using the app, I’m on day 45 now, I’ve only snacked at night twice and I logged bth nights. I simply waited longer the next day to end my fasts! I’ve lost 8 pounds in 6 weeks, which isn’t super fast, but it feels sustainable! I’ve been successful with two times of doing an OMAD. I’m definitely hooked on this app! It’s amazing— I would highly recommend it!
