年费只有一种选择,而且总价对于目前使用者来说略贵了,容易寻找其他平替。建议降低点会员费,或者按功能分段阶梯式收费,真心建议。

December 2025: I’ve used Day One for ages now (over a decade?) and it’s been a great experience. However it needs further updated with Liquid Glass and other design elements in iOS 26. I’m glad the keyboard is there as that’s one of my favorite redesigns, and something about it feels slightly more useful/functional than iOS 18. The new lower bar/selector is there, and the Journals pop-up menu is super nice (though why isn’t the half-sized menu translucent like in Maps), but that bar is about it. The handy Plus button for creating an entry is just asking for Liquid Glass, instead of that old iOS 18 flat style. Things already updated their Plus button. It’s a very minor detail, yet it’s an object that’s always seen. And what’s bothering me the most is the headers, inside entries themselves and when scrolling through journal entries. The headers are too “hard” and large and obtuse, a relic of iOS 18. They need to adopt the tinted and blurred headers for iOS 26, or something very similar that honors the journal’s color. Entries will look amazing with that new UI ambiance. For inspiration, simply look at Apple Journal. The text modifier bar that shows above the keyboard when entering text also could be updated to be more similar to Apple Notes. People whine that no real new features were provided with iOS 26 or that the redesign is useless, but this dynamic bar in Notes has been superbly useful. I use Notes everyday and it’s so much better than in iOS 18, in a way that I didn’t even know I needed. iOS 18 Notes was fine, but iOS 26 Notes is smart. Day One could use a smart text entry bar, instead of hiding all the main text options in the Aa menu. Also, seeing my old review from years ago, I don’t believe Day One updated the Watch app to be able to view entries. This makes no sense, and in light of now having Apple Notes on my Watch, is perhaps unacceptable. I ditched Evernote years ago due to the nonsense the new owner pulled, replacing it with Anytype. I’ve eyed the Apple Journals app a lot… Something about it calls to me. It’s so elegant with its iOS 26 implementation and feels inviting. I’m not sure it’s feasible for me to switch from Day One to Journal (with a couple thousand entries in multiple journals and no import function in Journal), and I’m not sure I even want to do that — but basically I wish I were writing my entries in the Journal interface right now. Because it’s fully up to date in design, and Day One is not. I don’t think you’ve half-assed it, but it does feel half done, half undone. I also love Journal’s main screen dashboard so much, with the Insights and Places. Day One has its version in the More tab, but I’m sort of wondering why it’s been relegated to third class citizen as the third button. I can envision a nice welcome/dashboard screen in Day One being first, with a plus button to rapidly make an entry, instead of the first view being the scroll of entries. Like, why is the Streaks overview hidden down at the bottom of the third tab? Speaking of entries, I also love Journal’s way of depicting entries with photos in the scroll view; Journal handles this in a more inviting way by making them large, and the entries are rounded instead of Day One’s arcane hard edges. I feel like Day One could have two view options, the current email-style list and one which is more dynamic with the content inside, when it includes photos or whatever. Journal also highlights music for example, and I’m not sure Day One can even present a song as an object insofar as I’ve seen; it’s only possible to add it to the entry metadata, tucked far away in the Entry Info menu… Really? Day One should handle media more dynamically and more elegantly. The current implementation is a very old style of iOS/app design, where apps were just a screen with a simple header and only text as the content. But we’ve come a long way since that. I don’t need Day One to lose its identity and look just like Journal. But I absolutely want Day One updated to iOS 26 UI/UX standards and sensitivities. There’s a trend of first party apps looking and feeling better, especially with iOS 26’s massive changes in design. And similarly there’s a toxic trend of third party apps resisting new iOS ideas, wherein I develop frustration and impatience when my most used third party apps can’t be bothered to get with the times, times which I quite enjoy and which are here to stay and are going to evolve along this trajectory, no matter who dislikes it. I understand Day One may still be working to implement changes in a way that honors its own branding and style, but if a year goes by and iOS 18 elements are still lingering around, well that starts to make an app feel anti-Apple, and I didn’t buy into the Apple ecosystem to utilize apps which exploit my usage and money only to resist the environment they’re benefiting from. And there are a handful od party apps like this, particularly Bearable’s utterly obnoxious proprietary design and behaviors (and lack of basic iOS functions like Search/highlight). If you want to see design done bad on iOS, in a way that pretends to look good until you use it and realize how odd it is (not even mentioning the bugs they always have), just to try Bearable. For a third party app that does its own design right while honoring iOS sensitivities, look at Things. May all third party apps who don’t want to look like a first party app look to Things for inspiration. I just don’t want Day One to become a relic. It lived through iOS 7 I believe, and I very much look forward to it not just living through iOS 26, but thriving in design, implantation, and overall UX/ambiance. Day One is where we spend time with our most personal contemplations. It should be a modern and elegant space. I think if you commit to it, Day One can be way nicer than Journal, not just in having more features, but in elegance and ambiance. My previous review was already a 4 due to lacking a watchOS app which shows entri

It’s really helped me improve who I am and who I want to be and who I can, and can’t share things to developmentally.

2014年、DayOne Classicの時代から愛用しています。Momento, Evernote, Notion……

I absolutely love this journal! I’ve been using it for almost 6 months now and have purchased the subscription. Previously, I was using the Apple Journal app and was hesitant to transition over until I realized all the features. I like that there’s an option to export or print journal pages, and I’ve created a few templates that completely shifted my journaling habits. As someone who feels she needs a journal for every new thought or idea, I love love loveeeee that there’s an option to make several journals, even in the free version. The only thing that kinda disappoints me is that the bullet points are blue and from my knowledge, cannot be changed. I so desperately wish that we had the option to change text colors and then this app would be FLAWLESS

This tool has helped me with my gratitude journaling, collecting a pic a day of my son since he was born with a daily note. It’s amazing and easy to use. Multiple journals on the go. Very useful to capture life and reflect ❤️🙏
