QUESTION FORMATS
Half the battle of mastering your score, is mastering the format of your exams. Taking practice questions in the same format you’ll see on the exam is critical to your success. These question banks include the following testing formats:
Multiple Choice
Select All That Apply (SATA)

Fill in the Blank Calculation
Audio Questions
Exhibit Questions
As you create your custom practice quizzes, you will see a mix of these question types, just as you would see on the exam for which you’re preparing.
QUIZ MODES
Further customize your quizzes by choosing from three quiz types:
STUDY MODE
Study mode is similar to an open book quiz without a time limit. In this quiz environment, you can read the explanations as you go and practice at your own pace.
TEST (UNTIMED) MODE
Test (Untimed) Mode is like taking a closed book quiz without the pressure of a time limit. Answers and explanations are not available during the quiz.
TEST (TIMED) MODE
To quasi-simulate the pressure of a test environment, Test (Timed) Mode allows you to study without revealing the correct answers and explanations until the quiz has been completed.
NCLEX® CAT TESTING MODE
For NCLEX® students, you can choose to practice in a Computer Adaptive Test mode (CAT). Computer adaptive testing adjusts to your abilities - providing you with either an easier or harder question depending on how you answered the previous question.
DETAILED ANALYTICS
ANSWER RESPONSE TIME
Oftentimes we know the answer, but it can take us too long to recall it. With built-in analytics to evaluate your answer response time, you can see if you’re on the right track to completing your board exam in the allotted time frame.
Analytics cover your average response time based on individual questions, averages by subject, and averages by quiz.
PEER RANK
Individual performance scores are important, but only give you part of the story. Our Peer Rank metric shows how you compare with others answering the same questions so you can see how you're ranking compared to your peers studying for the same exam.
Our comprehensive evidence-based explanations are now augmented with Peer Comparisons so you can see exactly how other users answered the same question with percentages for each answer choice.
