Lags out so much it is barely usable. Made 20x worse by the fact the app designers insist on trying to burn your retinas out by not supporting dark mode.

Shocking app, since September I’ve had to delete and reinstall 5 times. I’ve missed picking my children up from notifications not coming up, I’ve been logged out and all sorts. It’s the worst even after doing all The updates!

I am unable to cancel after school clubs. It frequently crashes. After payments I attempt to go back and am just soft locked with no other navigational options. Honestly, why the school choose to go with this dumpster fire I simply do not know.

You would think someone would have tested this with actual parents and teachers. I would give it a negative 5 star if I could. I hate to think how much schools had to pay for this app.

Always room for improvement. Would love to have filters on the Behaviour tab to allow to see bulk assigned feedback vs. genuinely achieved feedback. Choice of colours aren’t accessible so this could also be improved e.g. on the Behaviour tab (can barely see the yellow, and my colour blind husband can’t see the difference between red and green). Would also like the option to see the full/weekly timetable rather than just daily.
