Two years ago, I paid for a basic subscription. At least used to let me save my old routes. Now to do that you must go to premium and an extra charge. If I pay that, what will they ask for next? (UPDATE) There was a link at the bottom that said use previous subscription. Now everything works like it did before. I do love the app to track our Model T trips.

It does exactly what it claims to do! >>But beyond the basics, serious usability gaps emerge<< Oddly, you can’t rename trips, which means each journey is permanently labeled only by date and time—even if you've taken photos along the way. This disconnect makes it impossible to associate a journey with a meaningful memory, such as “Sally’s Trip Around the Lake.” Custom titles seem like a natural feature, yet they’re missing. Compounding this, settings between the app and the website aren’t synced: even if you select miles and feet in the app, the web dashboard forces you into metric units with no option to change. That’s frustrating, especially when the app encourages users to relive and share their journeys online. >>The app lacks the organizational features serious users need<< There’s no way to categorize or tag trips—no labels for business travel, sightseeing, family visits, or vacations. That may seem like a small omission, but it severely limits the app’s practical value, especially for professionals tracking mileage or personal users hoping to build a curated travel history. At $59.99 per year, Track My Journey feels SERVERLY overpriced for what is essentially just a GPS logger with cloud sync. Don’t expect this APP to serve as a meaningful travel diary or business log.

I use this app for work and in the beginning it worked great but now it’s unreliable and freezes up and just shuts down out of the blue. I’m a route driver and I rely on this app to keep me on track and to keep me from backtracking and going down streets I’ve already been down. Why am I paying $60 a year for this service if it isn’t going to be reliable?!?!? Do better when you charge for a service. If it was a free app I wouldn’t have a reason to complain but considering I’m charged I expect the app to work when I use it. Don’t waste your money on this app, I’m gonna look for a better more reliable app to use.

It’s not working on the background. You cannot playing music or use a app like routeyou the same time. That time it’s registering nothing at all… So useless for me and going in the bin…

If you take a picture with the app during the trip you won’t be able to access it in your photos. This is very lame

Nên cập nhật hình ảnh của tài khoản người dùng, nhìn thấy sẽ hay hơn. Nên thêm Apple Maps vào phần chia sẻ vị trí , nhớ nhé !

I liked everything about the app, apart from the fact t sometimes stopped recording with me realising and when I check at home it was too late to recover part of the route. Is there a maximum time of recording? Or does it stop if you stay in one place for a long time? At least I could’ve played around this if I knew
