This is a financial application, web and app does not have 2 factor authentication.

I hope COL could dedicate some time to improve the app. They are really behind. I would appreciate if the app is made more user-friendly and at par with other investing and fintech apps.

I've been using COL for years, the webapp is manageable but this mobile version is too bad to be useful. Not intuitive. Terrible UI & UX

Your web version is not sync to your mobile app. When I received my initial temporary password back in May 23, I immediately changed it to my preferred password and had been using it since when loggin to my account via the website. After a week, I learned of your mobile app and had requested access voa email to your Helpdesk (per the FAQ). I received email response that I am added to have access to the mobile app. I tried to login to the mobile app using my username and password and I am kept on getting the error "Invalid credentials" I emailed your Helpdesk and was told that they are showing in "your system" that I have not changed my password from the initial (temp) passwordyou guys originally sent back in May 23. I kept on telling your Helpdesk rep that I already changed the original (temp) password you guys sent me after funding my account back in May 23 and I had been using my personal preferred password to login to your website and it is always successful - no issues. Your Helpdesk rep kept on saying that per checking on your system, I have no records of chaging my password at all and asked to use the initial (temp) password your guys sent me when I funded my account to login to the app. I did that and still I kept on getting error message "Invalid credentials" I reset my password in tne website and changed it (again) today - June 09, and first tried to login to my account using the website to test if it works. After testing my new (changed) password in your website that it is working, I tried to login to your mobile app and still the same error - Invalid credentials. I tried using all passwords I have - the initial temp password, my first personal password, my temp reset password and my new personal password and all of it does not work on your app YOU NEED TO FIX YOUR MOBILE APP TO SYNC TO THE WEB VERSION AND CHECK YOUR SYSTEM WHY MY CHANGED PASSWORD TRANSACTIONS ARE NOT SHOWING OR BEING RECORDED IN YOUR SYSTEM.

I transferred to COL from a different trading platform hoping for a smoother experience only to find out na hindi pala gumagana mobile app neto. Sana mabigyan ng pansin and ma prioritize ni COL eto since a mobile app is a big help to us na nag trade lang on the side.
