Don’t download this app. Either they cancel your order or when they deliver they keep few items with themselves. They take money and don’t refund. Worst app ever

Amount deducted bit order was not showing anywhere

It took many days to register. Then, I made the first order. Made me wait for over an hour with no notification. When I checked back in the app, it said my order got cancelled. Spoke with the slowest support in the world. After all the irritating waiting, the guys, refund is initiated and money will come in 7-10 days. Never ever use this app. If I get some free time, I’m going to consumer court.

After providing during the setup, the ‘Get started’ button is not enabled. It’s a blocker for app usage

I have ordered at 9:30 pm from one restaurant and the delivery guy was came 1 hour late with wrong delivery items then the owenly cancelled the order from there side at 11:30 when asked about delivery status and wall other restaurants got closed i had no option left

My last two orders has been cancelled and I have not received any refund for any of my orders. Don’t order from this app it’s a scam.

I had a very disappointing experience with Ownly. The service quality was far below expectations — communication was poor, timelines were not respected, and there was no accountability from the team. Despite repeated follow-ups, issues remained unresolved and I felt completely ignored as a customer. The lack of professionalism and support has been extremely frustrating. I would not recommend Ownly to anyone looking for reliable service.

The user interface bad I order meal during night time while ordering it was accepted by restaurant and waiting for 15 min they told that order isn’t being accepted after that also the restaurant was taking the orders but i had to wait for my refund talking to the customer care service in chat is the worst of all you have to wait 5-10 min for their response no calls nothing

Money deducted but the order failed . The help center is worthless and doesn’t provide any proper assistance . Even after giving the proof of payment successfully credit to their account, support team says not received… fake fraud and poor customer service
