This update improves accuracy and clarity across property and investment calculations. Weâve added a new toggle to mark a home as a primary residence, ensuring capital gains are correctly treated as tax-exempt. Secondary (taxable) properties now calculate capital gains, selling expenses, and after-tax proceeds with CRA-aligned logic. Several UI refinements and small performance improvements are also included.
