Earlier reviews mention the app taking you straight to a website but that didn’t happen for me, everything happened within the app. However I completely all steps successfully, selfie, passport pic and scan, uploaded proof of address with no errors, then when I submitted at the end it said sorry computer says no, try again. No indication of what the problem was, tried three times, same thing each time, no errors going through the is verification steps just and then end on submitting. At that point I have up, very disappointing.

It won't take picture of my passport. Constantly say that it can't read data from my document. There is no glare, picture is clear. Waste of time

This app is a sham. Verification is not working and general usage impossible. This is an absolute disgrace.

This app doesn’t work or serve any kind of purpose other than to keep bringing you to the browser back to the app to the browser back to the app most likely because the app is designed and run by people who do not have the capacity to complete an application of this type. It’s likely because the government is using people without the necessary skills while wasting public money as usual.

When you go to sign up to the app and click Get Started, it brings you to the Logon page, not the Create Account page. UI 101 mistake. Second issue, when you put in your email address, then add the code to verify the email address, you can't go beyond that stage and a Cloudflare pop-up screen appears that is blank. So you can't get beyond that stage. Terrible application. I've talked to people about it, everybody gives out about it, it's buggy, it never works, emails aren't accepted, codes aren't accepted, terrible lazy Development.

App doesn’t function properly don’t even waste your time trying

What a useless app won’t even download, will remove app to make space on phone
