Big fan of Diana, I think her workouts are fantastic. However, the pay wall in front of these workouts is a bit much. You could save money by going onto google for a couple hours and figuring out the best split with optimal exercises for you. That being said, Diana’s workouts are great. I followed her workouts loosely when I started out and saw fantastic progress. So it’s not like it’s not worth your money, but if you have the time save yourself some money and go on google and do some research.

I really enjoy the different exercise exercises you can do for each split. A lot of them taught me something new, which I really enjoy. When trialing the “work out like Diana”, I liked the way the workouts were split, as I split mine the same way, but I didn’t like that you had to reschedule every single one if you wanted to do the split in a different structure. For example, I like doing back and bicep on Tuesday and I wanted to fit into my current routine, but I had to continuously change every single exercise every time. The app itself is a little clunky when going into the settings and account and subscription. There’s nowhere to cancel the subscription or view it. It takes you to a dead page. I had to completely delete my account. I think if the app was more user-friendly, I would definitely use it a lot more and it would be worth paying for.
