“The app is advising Australian users to convert their AUD to USD, -.- but when transferring, a significant portion—Outrageous + Exorbitant amount- is taken by another bank. Why is there a delay in AUD transfers? Why can’t you handle the conversion yourself? At least then, the money would stay within our country. I was really excited to invest, but this issue is disappointing. Please look into it!”T.T

Despite providing a valid bank statement, my address could not be verified, resulting in my account being blocked. The verification process is cumbersome and lacks reliability, making it challenging for users to complete basic setup. This app could greatly benefit from improvements to enhance usability and streamline verification procedures.

Love the idea of this banking system. Ever since I heard about this bank, I have been trying to open an account with them. Unfortunately, the documents submitted are still under review. I have been facing this problem for almost a month now. Not sure if there is someone trying to sort this. Feeling frustrated

The app is a great opportunity for everyone but It would be great if there are multiple ways we could deposit money. From the bank that I'm sending using Swiftcode is very expensive.
