Product prices are now consistently and unambiguously displayed during entry and review.

Inactive storage locations at a customer are hidden to reduce clutter.

Reliable product entry: The minus (–) key works as expected when adding products to an invoice.
Safe edits to unposted invoices: Editing no longer causes display issues.
Attachment management: Deleting attachments on sales and vendor invoices works as expected.
