There is small many problem from OCR failing to scan to getting double charged when i use qr to enter but then it auto charges me when it managed to detect when I exit.

This entire system is such a failure. Are you using all the users as your testers after this has gone live??? Failed to read car plate, double charge, app not functioning properly with error messages popping everywhere

Why do I need to provide my IC/Passport No and my address just to pay for parking? Uninstalled after seeing this very intrusive registration form. In their privacy policy it's also stated the personal information will be shared with business partners and to "personalize app experience". This means my info will be used for marketing purposes and I don't want that just for paying for parking.

Dont download if you dont want to get scam. This app is super duper useless and holds you at the barrier for so long that you need to call for help button. ITS USELESS. AND YOU HAVE TO TOPUP MINIMUM RM30 FOR WHAT? AND YOU CANT WITHDRAW UNLESS U SIGN UP FOR "ADVANCED USER" WHICH COST YOU MORE MONEY. WHYYYY DO I HAVE TO ADD MORE MONEY TO WITHDRAW MY HARD EARNED MONEY FOR AN APP THAT DOES NOT WORK. USELESS! DONT DOWNLOAD IT I SWEAR!!

The “Drive In Drive Out” idea is excellent, but in practice, it often makes parking harder. The main issue is reliability: the system frequently misses my car at entry. Worse, even when it detects me entering, it sometimes fails to detect me leaving, causing traffic jams at the gate. This forces me to take a ticket to exit, but then the app eventually “wakes up” and charges me too. I end up paying twice, once at the machine and again in the app. Until all of these points are improved, the app causes more stress than convenience.

Even in klang valley, hardly find any places using this except the unicorn pavillion bukit jalil, only allowed physical and less known app, not user friendly but only benefit the selected personnel/purchaser at the end.
