I ported over from another telco to 8 on a Friday afternoon. By midnight, my other service terminated my line. As of Saturday afternoon, 8 had yet to on-board me. The promised email with the QR Code hasn’t arrived. Their service centres are closed on weekends and I travel overseas on Monday. Yes, 8 acknowledged my email at midnight Friday but I really need my mobile service to be up on Monday. Quite a let-down.

Recently , I was in JB, Aeon Terbau. Signal shows 4G $ 5G connection however the connection was patchy. Even outdoors , internet connection was patchy. Unable to open up the eight app as well to check on balance data Eight telco works better when I was in Frankfurt. Signal was 4G and connection was stable . Eight should review its partnership

No major issues with the actual mobile service and connectivity. The 1 star is for the app which still requires SMS sent OTP to login. This is no different from using the website, so there is no point. Make an app which allows seamless login from the device without the SMS OTP.

App good , possible to set own passcode for login ? Then possible to login by ic by that one login able to see multiple mobile status -(no need individual login to see usage ) please consider thanks

i think one huge way to improve this app is to allow us to see our data usage in a better way? the way the app displays the data usage is how much kb or mb we use in each sitting - each time we turn on our mobile data i’m assuming. but let’s be honest, no one really cares about that.. and if displayed that way, does that mean i have to manually count all of the displayed numbers to find out how much data i’ve used?😭 i think a much better way to display it is for us to see how much of the data we have used and how much data we have left overall. like for instance some other telecom companies have a huge circle to depict the total number of data we have an a highlighted component to see how much data we have used. i believe this will be much better compared to the current format.

Very bad line quality, it’s appear to have coverage everywhere, but when come to quality, it’s not stable and Keep have network issue when continuos streaming. Need to chg asap.

Pls fix the bugs that can show the account when was expired! And the login so annoying pls upgrade it when we will no need to login again

The app is getting so much better to use now especially with the implementation of passkey. Can you have an option to allow us to choose DARK THEME as using the app at night with the bright theme is very bright and very glaring to the eyes.
