mScalar is an application that provides real-time monitoring of rainfall and lightning activity provided by SCALAR lightning location system. With the use of animated weather conditions over Slovenia from the last three hours, the user can predict the possibility of lightning activity at the user's current location. There are two available modes of presentation, static and animated.
