Email us at support@fabulingua.com WINNER of Launchpad global “Best New Language Education Technology” award organized by the Language Flagship Technology Innovation Center. WINNER of Fast Company’s "Innovation by Design" Award Main Features: - “Play to Learn” - An interactive, story-based mobile game to engage kids and learn Spanish. - An adaptive learning path that develops progressive language skills - comprehension, pronunciation, grammar, and literacy. - Science-backed “Magical Translations” learning method based on “comprehensible input”. - A growing collection of beautiful, interactive language-learning stories. - New features for stories and games that are added regularly. - Fun free play and games that reinforce knowledge. - A Reward system that incentivizes and motivates learning. - Audio recording mode that allows the child to practice pronunciation and develop reading skills. - Unique playing cards and free collectible digital stickers. - Parental controls and progress tracking. MAGICAL TRANSLATIONS- An innovative way to teach Spanish to kids: Through our Magical Translations™ method, children see only the Spanish text, but hears the narrator’s rhythmic (and strategically timed) alternation between Spanish and its English translation. Our method is supported by Dr. Stephen Krashen’s Comprehensible Input Hypothesis. Simply put, “comprehensible input” is new-language input that can be comprehended by listeners despite them not understanding all the words. This theory and our method are most effective when applied during early childhood, when children’s brains will wire more efficiently to the languages to which they are exposed. ------- FabuLingua is: A story. A game. A tool for learning. A gentle introduction to a second language. A way to reinforce and supplement literacy. A parent-child bonding activity. An after-school plan. A super fun method for language learning! And the best part? Any parent or teacher - whether you speak a second language or not - can do it. Simply lean back and enjoy the journey with your child. -------- ADVANTAGES OF LEARNING SPANISH DURING CHILDHOOD. #1 Language-learning benefits early brain development; especially executive functioning (problem-solving, the ability to focus, and switching between tasks efficiently.) #2 Studies by Harvard University suggest that learning languages at an early age has increased advantages over doing it later in life; like enhanced creativity and critical thinking skills. #3 It provides academic and professional advantages, cultural awareness, emotional intelligence, and self-confidence. #4 In an increasingly globalized world, new languages are acquiring exponential value. An estimated 130 million people in the US will speak Spanish over the next 30 years. #5 In the case of Spanish and Hispanic heritage families, Spanish will allow their children to better understand their background, bond with relatives, and connect to their culture. There are not many educational apps that my kids beg me to do … this is one of them! They just love it, and it works just so well. I love that they’re spending their spare time reading stories and I’m so impressed with the pronunciation they’re developing! Seriously recommend.

As a Spanish language educator who utilizes an acquisition-driven approach in my classroom, I am so excited this app exists. It is a great addition to my teaching tool box and my students love to play. They don’t even realize they are learning since the stories, mini-games, and rewards keep them engaged. I highly recommend FabuLingua!

Homeschool mom here and I love the teaching method this program uses so I thought this would be great. I quickly subscribed after the trial and I regret it. Both my children completed all the levels on the island in under a month and there is nothing else to do now except repeat the same 12 stories and collect stickers. Please tell me I am wrong and didn’t waste $70 for a year long subscription. Extremely disappointed.

My two children love this app and it truly does work my 8 years has picked up so much from this app. We use it as an elective for homeschooling. And our trip to Mexico he really surprised me with how many words he knew.

I paid for the subscription, set up an account, and when we go to the Tutorial Beach to get started, we tap on the work bubble and the fox says, hola, hello…” and then it goes back to the blue screen with the boat and nothing happens. I tried several times, then deleted the app, powered down and rebooted my phone, signed back in, and the same thing happens. Just stuck and won’t do anything. I’m cancelling my subscription and very disappointed.

We are at a stage where there is nothing we can do on the app, it is all locked with no opportunity to earn any more keys etc to unlock parts. Needs some glitches ironed out and then it would be a sweet app.
