I LOVE SHOPPING HERE…BUT, The app and website is terrible. Hence why I had to give 1 star, Im sorry. I spent nearly over 24 hours trying to find ways to process my order. It lags a lot and every time you go to process the order.. it’ll claim that something is sold out and then next minute, if I was to remove the item and then try add it back in to my cart. All of a sudden, it’s like claiming that it’s not sold out and it’s still available to purchase. It’s just really really messy & needs fixing. Please make it very clear if items are sold out and on the system, block people from purchasing and adding to cart. The other thing is when you’re searching for items and you’re very specific about size , the product type, etc. it keeps showing like other items .. aside from what you’re looking for. So, there’s also a problem there that needs to be fixed too.

Ordered 4 days ago no email, no confirmation- I ended up calling store to ask about the order to be told it will be cancelled as they only have one in stock. Parramatta store was rude and not helpful! Thank god Burwood store was more helpful!

Downloaded the app so I could keep my wishlist in case I lost it searching on the website and the app will only save the odd favourite along with a bunch of random products I never favourited ?? Deleting the app, it’s useless !
