I recently contacted this EV charging company in Bulgaria to request a refund after one of their charging stations malfunctioned and incorrectly charged my RFID card for another vehicle’s session. Unfortunately, my interaction with the customer service representative, Murry Ivanoff, was extremely disappointing. In my personal experience, Murry was rude and dismissive when I explained the situation. His tone came across as sarcastic when I asked for a refund, which only added to the frustration of dealing with a faulty charging station. I left the call feeling belittled rather than supported. Based on this interaction, it felt to me as though the customer service culture tolerates unprofessional behaviour instead of helping customers resolve legitimate issues. Because of this, I personally would not rely on this company when travelling in Bulgaria and would recommend considering other EV charging providers.

Actually the most reliable and affordable network in Bulgaria. Very good app and location. When I travel I use them and no one else.

Kudos for the small app size - adding a star! Autocharge recognition is reasonable. It is a prepaid service, my use is occasional and have to constantly add more credit. Although the app shows my card in it, each credit recharge requires to reenter all card details. “Done” button is at the edge of the screen and is hard to be detected at the app, so you are often stuck in a menu. Charge report screen is a white page with tiny letters, no fonts or shapes etc. It’s rudimentary and unusable.

Great, yet another service that requires its own subscription and or app/rfid card.. Imagine now that you are crossing Europe on a road trip or that on your daily trip you need to use two or more electricity providers.. Do you expect drivers to hold 10cards and have tens of subscriptions for each country or road routine? Just make payments possible with a credit card on spot, it is already done by other providers.

Because of this crappy app I don‘t use the charging stations. Starting to charge your car with Fines is a nightmare!

Really good service. Had an issue with one of the stations in Sozopol, but all of the others worked really well and most are 130kw.
