I can’t even access the exercises as there is a bug on the questionnaire on the first answer, so there are no buttons to answer it and without a complete questionnaire it does not let you through. Very clunky, very slow, and now I cannot even access it. Would not recommend.

I’ve been on the app 708 days. They made a change so it only says 12+ months. The NHS is broken and £ is wasted on apps like these.

I started with the app as recommended by a gp the exercises made my people Much worse and since it has been getting worse and worse. I mentioned it to a physician and they said oh well it’s not for everyone ! Which did not make me very happy. Now I have answered a question wrong and am locked out of the app all because the way the question was worded was completely confusing. Now deleted the app, I have no help from the surgery or anyone else.

Email sent with link from my doctors with no explanation or prior discussion. Previously discussed referral to physio. No updates on this. Downloaded app & realise this is pointless for widespread chronic diseases. This app is designed for acute/ new injuries of specific areas or joints. You can only work on one area at a time which is counterintuitive to chronic widespread diseases. This appears to be used by NHS as alternative to accurate physio advise but is no substitute for medical advice. I’m sure this could be useful for acute / new injuries or specific areas but GP’s blankety using this as an answer is surely a combination of lack of understanding of conditions & the app. In the long run this will just create even more inefficient processes for the GP surgery.

The app promptly tells you to remember that it's not a substitute for a medical professional - I'm aware of that but seems that the NHS isn't! No way to self refer since apparently the app knows my symptoms better than I do and now I have to wait for it to deem me worthy of seeing a physio. I'm not sure which shoddy AI algorithm has this power over my health but this is a scam. I can google my symptoms and get more accurate exercise recommendations. Burn this to the ground.

Not that impressed with this app. Too much on there. It was suggested me by my G.P. instead of having an assessment from a Physiotherapist with experience in pelvic floor issues. I would have preferred that as then I would not be beholden to this ‘one size fits all’ approach. It is not possible to ask questions; the set questions do not always answer your query. I am a retired registered nurse and so the anatomical illustrations and explanations were a waste of time. I just needed a personalised exercise plan from Physio and I could have got on happily without this app. This is all a cost saving thing. Do yourself health or healthcare on the cheap.

Honestly, I can’t remember last time I used an app with so many bugs and issues that made me just want to close it. Same exercises I was given by my GP while waiting for referral, also through an app just different one. Then finally referral went through, only to find out another app. After first check in, the app is telling me to contact my local services as I can use a physician’s help… Just being sent back and forth between apps and humans, not getting any help. And the app itself? Lagging so much, cant press the next exercises, it only works when you press next, get back to the menu, and recenter the section again. Also, something that could have been explained in 10s it’s dragged into 30s. Very off putting.

Don’t accidentally push back and leg pain when you have knee pain as it won’t let you go back to the correct condition . I can’t proceed if it won’t let me !
