I’m very happy and proud to say this company is doing “amazing” their fleet of buses is very comfortable USB charger in every seats, free WiFi, drivers also with good energy and kindness the app is very helpful you don’t need print your ticket because you have your ticket in the app 😁 competitive price, my trip from Lisbon to Madrid was very pleasant, for sure I will travel again with this company ❤️

Overall the app is really good! However, in the "My reservations" tab, all purchased tickets never appear there. The tab takes too long to load and when it does, the following message appears at the top of the screen: "errors.general.title". In this sense, the app basically forces me to take a screenshot of my purchases, as well as making me wait for the automatic ticket purchase confirmation email.

Goodnight, I hereby come to file a complaint. I purchased a ticket, from Madrid to Porto, for 05/16/23, Tuesday, at 00:15h, the email I received with the ticket confirms the purchase made, the time, the date and place. However, to my surprise, when I arrive at the Madrid station, I am informed that there is no bus from Madrid to Porto at 00:25h and that the last Gipsy bus, from Madrid to Porto, had already left at 1 11:25 pm. The email and ticket that was sent to me by Gipsy has the wrong date and time. As the ticket office and customer service, from the company Gipsy, are closed at this time, no one from this company was able to help me and find a solution, compensation or an alternative trip from Madrid to Porto. Only, you can help me (that is, if you can help), tomorrow. This computer error was entirely on your part, it is the responsibility of your company, Gipsy. Your mistake caused me very serious and unpleasant problems, a huge inconvenience, immense expenses, a waste of money and time, which I will list below: 1. I am forced to spend the night on the street, in a completely inhuman way; 2. The Gipsy ticket I bought is unusable because there aren't even buses at that time; 3. I won't be able to go to work tomorrow, my salary tomorrow will be completely lost; 4. I will have to buy two more bus tickets, one from Madrid to Lisbon and the other from Lisbon to Porto because, at this time of night, there is only one bus to Lisbon, which I will really have to take, because I have even to be in Portugal, tomorrow. I trusted your company to do this and it went very badly for me. 5. I will have to wait for 2 hours at Oriente station, in Lisbon, in the cold (inhumane and degrading way), from 5 am until 7:30 am, for a bus bound for Porto, to start another trip, which will last another 3:30 hours, after having already traveled for 5 hours. 6. A 5 hour trip turned into a 12 hour trip. It started at 23:45 on 05/15/23 and will only end on 05/16/2023 at 12 noon. 7. The frustration, tiredness, disappointment, loss of time, money and any inconvenience caused, must be compensated by your company, Gipsy, in some way, as I will expose this situation on all social networks and I want to formalize a complaint immediately . I want the reimbursement of all the expenses I had with these trips, the hotel, for all the time waiting in the cold and for my day at work today, which I will be forced to miss, because of your company's error. Your website is full of computer bugs, you have to fix it as soon as possible. I will be waiting for an answer as soon as possible! Thank you very much! Best regards,
