I love how thorough the tracking features are, and the correlation feature is very helpful, if your data is accurate. I only wish I could sync my pain management office with the app, because most of my illness management is through that office, but the office is private and small. 🥺🙃

Even the free version has a TON of functionality, and it’s super well designed. No other free symptom tracking app has come close.

Incredible app. Seriously good at what it does. AI assistant gives it the ability to analyse the data on meds, symptoms and sleep. I’m in Australia and it works beautifully. Helps keep track of appointments, procedures and most importantly my daily intake of meds. Makes it easy to provide facts to doctors rather than estimates.

I’m using the free version and it’s so functional. I’m thrilled with the app. I’ve only just started tracking symptoms and taking notes about it was messy. I’d heard about Guava in a POTS/Dysautonomia group, and also read the reviews, and this app really is a good as people say! I have an Apple Watch that links to Apple health and I have linked that and a cycle tracker to Guava as it tracks everything, all in one place, with as much detail as you like. I’m so happy with this app!

This software has one main job: to store entered health data and show trends. It fails at that. I have repeatedly caught it silently deleting entered records. At first I thought I must be going crazy… but no, it’s happened again and again, even when I am 100% certain the record was saved. Whether it’s symptoms, water, caffeine, or other trends… the problem is consistent. I have reliable internet and a modern iPhone. This kind of bug is absolutely unacceptable and I will be switching to a different app.

And it had potential to be the most helpful app out there. But there needs to be some sort of support/outlined next steps for API issues. I can’t sync the records for my PCP, who uses Cerner. A different doctor, using MyChart, synced no problem. I can log in, and I can connect, but it doesn’t sync no matter how many times I delete and reconnect. It’s not like the 60-year-old receptionist at my PCP will know how to fix this or who to escalate it to. So I just am sitting here hoping it fixes spontaneously. Frustrating, as I was looking forward to finding correlations between my Oura data and my bloodwork results.

This app is so comprehensive, it’s awesome. I’m a user experience designer and I love how easy this app is to use. I’ve tried about every health app and this is far and above others. It has the ability to connect your medical records, create insights an track things I never thought about. Overall, I love it - even though I really try not to pay for apps, this one is a subscription I never consider stopping.

This app is a life-saver. At least, for me it was. I am a female teen nearing adulthood and I have adhd as well as other problems. I really needed a way to keep track of all my medical information as well as track symptoms and mood and medication and my period, which seemed impossible or extremely hard until I found this app. The free version of Guava has plenty to offer, I can track all of the stuff that I need to and even set reminders to help me make sure to do it. The interface is not complicated in my opinion, you just have to play around with it and explore it a little when you first use it and make it the way you want it to be, then after that logging stuff is super easy. Of course, no app is perfect, but in my opinion, this app is really good especially since it’s free. There is a paid thing that can offer more features but honestly I don’t need it right now plus I don’t have a job for a steady flow of money to pay for it. If you need it or are able to pay for it then i still recommend it to at least support the developers for the amazing free part of the app. I just love this app and I recommend it to anyone. Even if you don’t end up liking it, it won’t cost you anything but a little time to check it out and see how it works for you. Anyways thanks developers for making such an amazing app with most the features free for people like me to access the stuff we need! ❤️Oh yeah, and another thing I love is that it hardly takes up any storage and is compatible with my device, because my device is like 5 years old, a 7th gen iPod Touch which only has a total of 32 GB of storage so that is also a life-saver for me haha.

I was using other apps and none ticked the box. Due to frustration I mapped out building my own app thinking it was my only option. A chance comment on a forum led me to Guava and funnily enough, it ticked every single box I had for my app so I signed up immediately! I love it and wouldn’t change. For someone with a chronic illness it really is the best around. Their support is amazing too! Keep up the awesome work guys, much love from Australia!
