You can’t use Picture in Picture on your phone with this app. That’s ridiculous for it being an app where you specifically watch movies and series. Get with the program. I’m not paying for something that I can’t even watch while multi tasking on my phone or iPad

What is up with this app on Apple TV? It works fine on my iPhone, iPad, and even my Samsung TV. On all three of my Apple TVs which are newer models, the app is slow, can’t search on it because nothing will pull up, in the middle of watching a movie it just decide to go to the Apple TV Home Screen. The worst issue is the app will act up and then say it’s not available in my region. I’m in Northern California, I was just watching a show. Then it will act this way for a few minutes and suddenly clear up but I have to log in again. I tried contacting customer support but that was a joke. Not at all helpful and kept questioning if I was in the United States. Then said maybe my area of the state. Well I’m in a metropolitan area. Seriously people pay for this, please fix the issues.

Had to buy another Firestick just for this app because it is NOT compatible with Apple TV . Support says - reset your internet, reset apple tv and reset the app - nope its just NOT compatible. If you have apple tv pass on app or buy another tool to use app.

While the amount of content is terrific, the user experience of the app is awful. I have to re-login almost daily and it frequently says the app isn’t supported in my country(USA).

Just started watching the app not even 30 minutes ago and have received 4 errors within those minutes. I will be canceling my subscription. I don’t have these issues with other streaming services

Where to start. This app rarely recognizes my account when I log in and constantly claims I don’t have an active subscription regardless of which device I use. When I finally do get access, the app is painfully slow and simply finding something to watch takes forever. Once a show or movie finally starts, don’t even try to rewind. It often glitches and throws you back to the beginning. If I am lucky enough to finish watching something and exit the app, the next time I try to open it, it frequently claims I am outside the U.S. and blocks access. The only fix is deleting and reinstalling the app and starting all over again. The resume feature is useless. If you stop a movie for any reason, it does not return you to where you left off and instead restarts from the beginning. Fast forwarding is painfully slow and clunky and can take 10 to 15 minutes just to get back to your spot. I have been a subscriber for over a year and Hallmark has made no meaningful effort to fix problems that are clearly widespread based on user reviews. This app is frustrating, unreliable, and not worth the subscription fee.

Love the content, but doesn’t work at all on an LG smart tv. Totally useless if that’s all you have. I find it hard to believe that Hallmark doesn’t know this is an issue. However, works fine on my iPad and if I start a movie on the iPad, I can then go to my LG TV (most of the time) and hit resume and the movie will play. However the TV NEVER will play a movie from the beginning. Totally useless in that regard. I get to pay for nothing. Hopefully they will fix it one day, but I won’t be subscribing by then.

This app is so unbelievably terrible. It should have zero stars. It’s almost impossible to watch anything on it from my Apple TV. I get constant error messages or things I click on just straight up don’t play. I have to sign out, sign back in, force close the app, restart it over and over again just to watch one freaking movie. It’s practically a full time job for me to use this app that I paid a good amount of money for. I’m very upset that I paid in advance for a year subscription because I literally can’t watch it. I have never written a review for an app before, but I had to warn others about this because it’s actually criminal - whoever made this app should be in jail.

I love watching Hallmark movies. I was excited when I realized there was an app. The first time I was watching the words didn’t lineup. Then when it switches to the next episode the words won’t line up again. You cannot pick what episode you want to watch, it skips episodes and you cannot go back and watched the missed ones. For the money it costs you would think it would work better than it does. The app is frustrating!
