The hvv Any app is your companion through Hamburg’s public transportation. hvv Any knows all hvv tariff zones, ticket fares and options and will always book the cheapest ticket for you. Just check-in at the hvv Any app when you're hopping on a bus, train, subway or ferry, and hvv Any will take care of everything else. hvv Any notices when you change to another means of transportation and when your ride is complete. THE INTELLIGENT TICKET
With hvv Any, you'll always travel at the lowest fare and never have to waste time worrying about tickets or tariff zones again. Confirm the start of your journey with just a few clicks in the hvv Any app and get going with your mobile ticket right away. Changes and check-outs are registered automatically. At the end of the day, hvv Any compiles all your journeys and finds the cheapest ticket for you.
HOW TO USE HVV ANY
Register new in the hvv Any app or log in with your existing hvv switch account. Enter your ride details, confirm them with a tap on "Start trip", and you're ready to go. Now hvv Any takes care of the trip for you, and you don't have to worry about a thing. Use the hvv public transportation in Hamburg and surrounding areas as usual and change whenever you want. Destination reached? hvv Any ends your journey automatically. Alternatively, you can end it manually.
AVAILABILITY & TICKET FARES
hvv Any is available in the entire hvv network covering three federal states, seven districts, and around 25 transportation companies. This includes all buses, subways, and suburban trains, the trains of DB Regio rail, Metronom, Nordbahn, and AKN, as well as the ferries of HADAG. The ticket price is calculated per day. At the end of the day, hvv Any determines the least expensive ticket available based on the combination of all journeys. Several journeys on the same day are combined, for example, to a day or group ticket. This makes ticket and fare zone confusion a thing of the past.
CONDITIONS
For hvv Any to be able to follow your journey, Bluetooth, location sharing, and motion sensor must be activated during the entire journey. Of course, everything is transparent, and you can always check all your rides in the journey overview. Follow the steps below and start your journey with hvv Any:

• Share your location
• Turn on the motion sensor
• Start your ride with hvv Any
KEEP TRACK WITH THE JOURNEY OVERVIEW
With hvv Any you can always keep track of your rides and tickets. Via the menu item "journey overview" you will find a list of all journeys, including all details of each journey. This way, you can always see where you have been and how hvv Any has calculated ticket prices for you.
THE TECHNOLOGY BEHIND HVV ANY
To correctly determine your journeys and the best tariffs for you, hvv Any uses so-called beacons. These are Bluetooth transmitters, which serve as precise location markers and can be detected by smartphones. Almost 2,700 vehicles and over 50 stations, as well as all ferries in the hvv area, are equipped with beacons. This ensures secure, precise, and, as a result, fair price calculation for all journeys.
