The app could be built better (it’s just a website in app form so you do a lot of waiting/loaded) but it’s exactly what I was looking for.

Definitely has a few bugs that need to be ironed out but the features, values and vision of this app is so worth dealing with a few minor kinks.

Really enjoying the features, especially as a potential replacement for GR. The communication around the development is very transparent and responsive via discord. There are slight lagging issues now as they migrate but I’m still enjoying it! Leaving a review to support their growth.

The idea is great and the connection with KOreader is great. But the iOS app is one of the worst I‘ve ever seen!

I love the app and how it looks, plus couple of functions like the moods in addition to genres and so on. But, these all are just frustratingly slow and most of the time the app is generally unusable. Like you click something and nothing happens. I know you changed your stack couple of months ago for better performance, but I guess your problem lies in another place. The web app is exactly the same in terms of performance and problems. This could be „the app“ for social book tracking, but these problems need to be solved.

The app looks nice and has potential. But currently it’s very laggy (sometimes you can click to change the view and nothing happens, jumps back to previous page when to try to search). It’s also not the best when your main goal is to just track books and progress. That part is not user friendly at all. Just to change edition (different format or language) you have to go through many clicks (once you actually find this option, because it shows only after you add the book). Book progress is also quite hidden. And if you want to log it under different date (like yesterday) you have to manually add it in the reading journal, because I couldn’t find a way to edit existing entries. Again, so many clicks to do a simple thing. You also don’t see the progress until you click on the book. Home page feels useless, my feed shows as empty (maybe a bug). The apps seems great if you mainly want to find new books to read. The stats are also quite nice. Also big bonus is that not once they tried to offer me some kind of subscription, like 99% of the apps here. I don’t have problem with supporting developers, but many apps wants you to pay for basic functionality. You can see the app is still in development and there is definitely potential. But as of now, I will continue using other apps.

I want to like this app so much. Visually it’s great. Using it is unfortunately frustrating. My reading goal won’t update when I add my finished books, and any books that aren’t under the sci-fi fantasy umbrella don’t have descriptions or cover art. I think it has the potential to be great but at the moment it’s not.

App is very slow. It is designed well and looks really good, but lacks polish. Also, it hasn’t been updated in nearly a year…
