I’m nearly 70 and hate holding on for someone to answer and we know that can be a while when calling a medical centre. I use the app and it lets me select a perfect time for me to be there rather than tell me on the phone “next appointment is” and I’d rather something other than I recommend this for any of my tech savvy friends

I recently made an appointment.. deemed to work, I then got a in ap notification saying it was canceled bc I didn’t have payment info. BUT I selected pension when I made the ap- bc I’m bulk billed… so I don’t NEED payment info.. and I HAVE payment info in ap in any case! Furthermore .. when I checked the ap- there was two appointments in the ap for the date I made one “modified” “by the clinic” but they were closed (so maybe in ap clinic rules) and another ACTIVE APPOINTMENT… I even got a text message to confirm the appointment- and that link worked. I confirmed my appointment… Then on the day… I didn’t get a Telehealth call. I called the clinic and all they could see was the canceled one. I already waited 6 days for the appointment… now I have to wait another WHOLE WEEK. Can you guys stop changing the name of this ap??? I need this ap to book appointments with my dr… cause THEY have chosen to use this ap. I don’t need to see my dr very often, so I have no need to commit to memory the name of the ap my dr uses… but apparently I do,… I remember this ap as being called Halo… but that doesn’t come up in any search field I’m using… then I tired “health”… nope that didn’t work either. I had to scroll through several pages in. The ap store till I found this ap- I recognised the icon tile, and it’s downloaded.. I dunno… maybe link/imbed some more search terms in the ap.

I do find this a good way to book in with the doctor . It is incorrectly telling me that this is my first appointment, go to reception. but it is not my first appointment!! The nickname comes up 90% of the time as this nickname is taken !! Can’t submit until you add one !! Thank you

My Covid booster booking via the app a couple of weeks ago: 1. Booked using the app well beforehand 2. Responded to the following confirm request message 3. Attended on time and checked in at reception then assigned a seat outside doctor 4. waited 40 Minutes as 5 patients came and went, walked to desk and confirmed my attendance 5. Approached doctor at door and she checked to explain there is no record of my appointment on her list. The system failed me. But she fitted me in thankfully. Now - today Just booked appointment with my regular doctor for a double appointment. I selected existing patient but the app at the end message confirmed me as a new patient requesting a 15 minute earlier attendance for paperwork as a newcomer I did select existing patient. I’ve used the app a few times so am familiar with the system Cheers, Colin

Easy to use, great to have time to check the diary before selecting the time, great to see the list of doctors and the times they are available.

Great app, always been the most accurate and helpful of booking aid, keeping in mind it will not make the doctor ring you at the appointment time but then it doesn’t come with a magic wand.

This app is so easy to use to make an appointment from home, no pressure of time, diary next to you to make a time that suit’s you. To see the option of doctors at your clinic and when they are free is fantastic. The app itself is very easy to navigate, I recommend it.
