Same issue as previous reviewer. Very frustrating unable to press the hidden button to complete. Two factor authentication which I don’t recall activating in the first place. I just want to pay for my parking and not get a fine.

WHY HAVEN’T YOU FIXED THIS????Impossible to log into. 2FA number cannot be submitted.

When typing in the two factor authorisation code, the keypad covers up the submit button so could not login and pay!

Have the developers actually tried to use this app ? I sometimes park in a Horizon run car park and have had to use the “pay over the phone” option. When I try to use the app I can’t get past the 2FA part which forces me to add a security code - but which then blocks the screen so I am just stuck. Please fix this otherwise there is no point in having the app.

App don’t let login says email or password incorrect. Try to reset the password but no emails sent to do so. Used another email but still it says that email exist. Finally I could not park and had to move to another place. Very risky as could get a parking ticket.

On iPhone the button to submit the one time passcode (which is sent to your email address) is hidden by the number keypad… so you can’t login

I downloaded this app and parked. I then tried to reaccess it to view my parking but it had automatically turned on two factor authentication. I was able to put in the number but unable to confirm it because the button was hidden under the keyboard. Access to extend or view parking was therefore impossible. Extremely frustrating and no one was available to talk to on the phone. I have deleted the app and will never use horizon again!
