I do not have the add button anymore since the new OS upgrade. I have scanned 6 receipts but cannot add anymore now since the add button is missing.

Please add a new feature to your app that allows one or both of the following: 1. Share sheet support, so that I can share image files of receipts from other apps such as Messages into Hubdoc 2. Paste image from clipboard support within the Hubdoc app itself so I can paste an image copied from the share sheet from another app

It logs you out of the app every few days and then forces you to log in with 2FA again.. can’t tell you how annoying it is.

I’ve used a couple of apps like this, Dext for example is far superior. But I have to use this one for work. It is incredibly annoying having to constantly sign back in - again and again. Hubdoc states this is to protect my financial info yet my Monzo and NatWest banking app holds way more sensitive data and is a breeze compared to this. Use my Face ID or at the very least pre-populate my info - and stop making customers email your developers to request features. Take the initiative and read your customer reviews.

Have only just moved to Xero and wondering why I can’t crop photos or add multiple pages?? Came from a different software platform with their own scanning app and the ability to crop photos and upload multiple pages of 1 bill is so much better! For a software system that everyone seems to prefer, I feel like I’ve stepped backwards in time with this app.

Can’t even upload photos into the app anymore. Either have to do it from a desktop or email.

My company uses Hubdoc because our accounting/bookkeeping firm wants us to and as an IT company we're trying to get them to dump it because Hubdoc is lacking in so many ways and there hasn't been any meaningful updates in years. My biggest complaints are the lack of image control options in the mobile app and lack of security - they log you out every 30 min on the app and web site with no way to change the behavior, very detrimental to productivity. Hubdoc calls this a "security feature" yet they lack a modern authentication capability (think biometrics) and integration with major SSO services. It's just awful so do yourself a favor and steer clear.

I use Hubdoc as a bookkeeper for a restaurant. How am I supposed to get my invoices to my accountants in a timely manner if the app is constantly glitching and not uploading them! Thankfully photos I’ve taken that aren’t uploaded yet are stored in the app, otherwise I’d be out of a job! Takes me waiting AGES for 10 documents to upload whilst it’s not glitching and my internet connection is fine!
