My chair is the only apple I ever use for my appointment scheduling. This is mainly due to the fact that Customer Service is always responsive and able to act quickly to rectify the very few issues that have come up. I’ve been with my cheer for over a decade and find it to always have improvements, Jeremy is the best at any and all issues with the app! When have you heard that an app has an actual person that you can contact for any issues? Well, my Chair does the best out there. If you are on the fence I’m here to tell you don’t delay get it..

Lost 11 days of information when I updated the app today. All appointments lost and information inputted gone. I cannot seen to get customer support. This happens quite often when I’m forced to update the app. I pay $99 a year for this!? Updated:: I finally was able to reach Jeremy at support. He has been helpful and all of my information was restored within 24hours. My best advice is screen shot schedule before updates till all the bugs are out.

The app is not allowing me to update my yearly subscription. Now my daily calendar has gone haywire. Everything is all over the place. Need help fixing this asap.

Been using this app for a few years now and it does work well for a rent a chair. Love how it syncs my iPhone and iPad. t could be better with a retail component that allows you to enter and sell products as you do services. And if the Income from Services and Retail sales automatically tallied on the Income Report. Otherwise great little app.

Had this app for years. Had a small prob with the newest update but Jeremy helped me get everything figured out.

Not liking the new update that completely changed the setup. Used the app for several years now and was completely satisfied with how it was formatted. Having to relearn how to use it. Plus it keeps crashing. Not sure if it needs a bug fix for that but there’s no new update.
