I’m so confused by this app. Maybe my children could have figured it out…had it functioned. Did the trial, or rather attempted to do it. Took too many steps to get logged in with the trial code. Then it’s difficult to exit out of play, had to restart the phone. Then trying to get it on my kids devices we get to the four squares to start the game and nothing we click on does anything. Deleted and canceled.

I really like Joon it makes chores feel fun. The thing I don’t like is how hard it is to level up. I also don’t like the feature where you can’t exit the tasks. This is from a kids perspective. Overall I think the game is really good.

I use this to finish chores and redeem rewards and like I have already played the three games in the plaza and there’s really not much else to do also I liked the update when I started which was June 2024 so also recommending that so please fix these soon also add a chat to plaza please respond to this Joon because I wanna know what you think about this

Help! I did the thing where the app itself is not available anymore but you can redownload it and it will have your progress saved, but now it’s telling me I have to log in and I have to ask my parent to do that but I don’t really want to! Plus my mom is asleep and my dad is at work😒

I love this game! I have cat named Floofles, and I love building in my backyard and walking around the plaza with her! And I’m SOOO glad you made building in the backyard easier because before you did that, it was very hard to build, but now, I have a nice little campsite!! I do have a suggestion for you game though. Maybe add a multiplayer mode! I know that the plaza kinda is that but hear me out. Edit: It sent before I could finish. So multiplayer mode would have chat, but filters on inappropriate stuff and curse words and whatnot. And maybe like a little campsite or small city roleplay in multiplayer. And I’m sure this’ll take a LOT of work, but I hope you at least take my suggestions into consideration. Sincerely, A happy Joon player and Floofles. Edit2: In case you were wondering, Floofles is a Purrkles, with a black top hat, a LED necklace, a rose in her mouth and pink Cupid wings if that’s what they are. Edit: Hello again! I have one little problem. So when I go to the plaza then come back to rearrange my campsite or look at Floofles food, it’ll basically say, You’re all out of food/items! Go to the shop to buy more! Even though I have plenty of food and items. If this could be fixed that would be awesome. If it’s already fixed then amazing! Bye! From, Floofles and a Happy Jooner

This game is really fun and I like doing things in real life to get coins within the game but can you add a feature where you can join the same plaza as your family members (e.g brothers, sisters) because me and my sister really want to see each other in the plaza and we always try to get in the same server randomly but it never works.
