Summary
Fixes for signup issues caused by duplicate phone numbers, restored the missing NPS feedback buttons. We also added a reload button for stuck screens due to poor connectivity.

Biometrics
- Biometric login auto sign-in: Users were being logged back in automatically after logout when biometrics were on - that’s been fixed.
