Registration page says there is an error decoding data from the server... cannot complete registration.

I paid for the ULTRA subscription and have been trying to see and book slots with both Asda and Waitrose, neither works. I don’t see any slots and the app appears to struggle to communicate with the stores. It’s a great idea and probably worked once but don’t waste your money until it gets fixed.

Up until few weeks ago this app was amazing and well worth the subscription. Then all of a sudden it stopped working and stopped providing any notifications or updates, rendering it completely useless. Unfortunately I’d just paid for a monthly subscription, for an app that does absolutely nothing at all. Tried contacting the developers about two weeks ago but no reply. Save your money and avoid!

Same as other recent reviews- this used to work and I got a couple of slots this way but even with ultra subscription it no longer gives me any slots, even when I can see on the supermarket websites that there are slots. I just get a message saying it’s timed out, and never any notification of a slot. Reported but no response. Have cancelled my subscription. Shame, as it started well.

Within a month of paying for the Ultra subscription I stopped receiving notifications despite there being slots available. In addition to this, when I manually refreshed the app’ this too failed to populate with any available slots. Really disappointing - have reported the bug, but not yet heard anything - will have no other option but to cancel my subscription at the end of the month.

Just cancelled after first month, regret not paying weekly (could have cancelled earlier!). App is buggy, does refresh properly and still shows slots for a week ago (even though they were all fully booked weeks before!). Ignored my emails raising the issue, I would suggest you do not bother with this app..

When I first accidentally stumbled onto this app I was very impressed and quite quickly upgraded to the ultra package! I was inundated with available slots which took away the stress I had been going through of trying to find slots. However, since approx mid May I noticed that I was not getting slot notifications anymore? I checked the app and found I was unable to refresh the slots page and was stuck with 2 slots for 17th May? I have sent a “report a bug” message a couple of times (this appears to be the ONLY way to contact the company?) but have not, as of today (2/6/20) had any response? I am suspicious that this may be some sort of scam, as the “free” plan is not workable due to the fact that you only get notified every 2 hours which by then the slots have gone which forces you to pay for the upgrade? The upgrade can be purchased for a fixed period so that there’s no automatic renewal BUT again you don’t seem to get prioritised for slots? So again you’re forced into upgrading for the automatic renewal plan. Then 1 month in that stops working and you can’t contact them? I have subsequently cancelled my subscription - I will see whether I am charged again or not next month!

Never received one notification despite paying premium for ultra. Never received replies from admin despite asking for input twice. Complete waste of time and money. Disgusted. RIP off. Don’t bother.

I paid for this for 3 weeks to give it a good chance to work. Didn’t get a single shopping slot, although when I checked my accounts myself there were slots available. Don’t waste your money. Update - a week or two after cancelling my subscription I have discovered that this was not only useless for getting delivery slots but was actually messing up the slots I had already managed to book!!
