Electronic Auction System
LEPL Service Agency of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia associated with LEPL Financial Analytical Service has proposed to customers the unique electronic auction system www.eAuction.ge and since 2010 Service Agency has started realization process of state-owned movable property online. New service replaced and eradicated public auctions and all related problems. As a result of electronic auctions procedures of buying or selling the property have been simplified, bureaucratic procedures were abolished and transparent system of trade process was created.
Reforms prove to be successful, the population quickly adapted to the new and simple system. Since 2011, the portal has joined all the government structures and started dispose of the property online. www.eAuction.ge became universal portal, one-stop shop that offers a multitude of services to already existed or potential customers and brings together realization/privatization of all types of state assets in one space.
In short period the web page become popular and top-rated, after the government structures, physical and legal entities joined the website and started to sell and buy movable and immovable property through www.eAuction.ge.
Today, anyone can acquire both private and state-owned movable and immovable property in a comfortable environment without leaving home or office.
