A handy tool to keep track of all of the vital information related to your aquarium together with an in-depth library of species to ensure you never get caught short for an impulse buy. Main features - • An encyclopaedia of over 800 species of marine fish, invertebrates and coral • Testing journal to keep track of over 30 of the most vital parameters • Trends to plot graphs and visualise how stable each parameter is over time • Inhabitants diary to keep track of your latest additions including information such as how long you've had it, was it feeding in store beforehand, where was it purchased from and much more. • Dosing log top keep track of any chemical additions to your tanks to help keep up to date on doses and keep stability where it should be • Reminders with device notifications so you never miss an important event • Water change journal to keep a detailed log such as when, how much, salinity etc. of your water changes performed • Maintenance log to remind you of your last maintenance actions completed per tank • Compatibility of species - A simple, brief run down of what species are typically safe, tolerant or not safe to be housed with others • A simple set of useful calculators such as alkalinity conversions, Celsius to Fahrenheit or gallons to litres and more. Keeping track of our aquariums can ultimately be one of the most important parts to the 'reef keeping' hobby. Maintaining husbandry tasks, testing, stability, water changes, inhabitant stats etc. are all vital to keeping successful aquariums. Pocket Marine was designed to make inputting, storing and keeping all information with you at ease. Often, any issues that we have with our aquariums can be linked to actions that were performed a short time beforehand. For this reason, a log of changes made, actions performed or additions can be vital when trying to decipher a problem that may be in play. Pen and paper has always been a great way to keep this information at hand but, Pocket Marine offers a place to store this somewhere that, this day and age, is with us at all times. Not just for tracking events. Pocket Marine is a great way to help you log your inhabitants into specific tanks, record your latest water change for your mixed reef tank or simply log your latest maintenance action performed on the fish only office tank. Recording your information couldnt be easier and keeping it on your mobile device saves on that frantic search incase of needing the information at a later date. Help with that last second impulse buy at the store. With an in depth library of over 800 species of fish, invertebrates and coral and being added to daily, you will always have the information on hand that you need to make that informed decision on a purchase. We hope you enjoy using the app and that we can help with your success in the hobby and welcome any feature requests you may have. Happy Reefing!}

This app was made with passion and is a pleasure to use. Well worth the money! Aquarium chores are now satisfying as to keep my app updated. All my tank inhabitants are catalogued and I feel a lot more on top of my aquarium maintenance. Highly recommend. Not sponsored.

Doesn’t save any of my testing days. I am currently cycling and can’t compare my days. 😡

I purchase this app thinking it would be a nicer UI vs AquaticLog which I’ve been using since I set my tank up. So I had my iPad out trying to enter the info from AquaticLog to Pocket Marine. Phone died so I went to use my iPad thinking it would just sync like AquaticLog and well let’s be honest almost ALL Apple apps thus the reason it has such an amazing following. So needless to say when I went into the app on my iPad there was nothing there. None of the info I had spent the last hour or so entering was in the Pocket Marine iPad app. So what exactly is the point of having it on both?

The app is really beautiful and well-designed! The photos are stunning, and the species view is nice and well-organized, even though it currently covers only a few species. One feature I would love to see is iCloud synchronization, which would make it easier to manage data across devices. A French version would also be appreciated for French-speaking users. Overall, it's a fantastic app with great potential for even more content in the future!

Great app, best that I’ve found. Easy to use and fantastic data base. Would benefit from more specific reef tank species being added, and more specific data, but still worth the money.

So far so good, nicely designed , feels a good quality interface. The one issue I’ve found is although you can spec a very large tank in terms of dimensions, you can’t in volume, it maxes out at 500lt even though the dimensions allow for much larger volume. Would be a nice addition if the app used your dimensions to calculate your volume (in liters or gallons) with the option to override , as sumps are never full to the very brim. Keep up the good work.

How can I synchronize the information captured on my iPad or iPhone on both?

The app looks good, but see some issues and not quite sure how to address. 1. If you enter a temp reading of 78.2°F, the indicator is Red, you you enter 25.6°C, the indicator is Green. Using any value of F does not change the indicator to Green. Using the the converted value of C to F does not work. 2. What values are used to indicate Red vs Green? This is not published anywhere on the app. 3. If ammonia levels of .25ppm is considered safe, why is my level of .04 showing up with a Red indicator?

This is one of the best apps I have ever used and I used a lot. Congrats to the development team. I’ve just updated the app and not seen the changes yet as I’m were g this as I update it. I hope it includes being able to move inhabitants up and down the list as this is the only thing it hasn’t beeen able to do. Apart from that, truly brilliant app.
