The app doesn’t remember your sign-in account/preferences when you use Sign in with Microsoft. This is a 2 part problem. 1. It doesn’t remember that you Sign-in with Microsoft 2. When selecting sign in with Microsoft it requires you to re-enter the username every time. All the devs need to do is pass along the prompt=none or prompt=select_account query parameter

When we search chats in archives, the app crashes everytime. Latest version. Device is iPad Pro M2 11 inch.

After trying to use the Lite version of this app at my job for weeks, I have reverted to the old one. With the UX redesign / new layout, it’s now much harder to see how many customers are currently chatting and with whom now. Notifications simply do not work— this is my main reason for reverting back to the old app. You need to navigate through multiple tabs / menus to end a chat, a function that is needed CONSTANTLY. The layout of the original app was much more intuitive. One more nitpick is that Livechat makes it hard to find this new version of the app. If you search “Livechat” you will find the old one; “Livechat Lite” verbatim is required to find the new app. I rely on this app for work, and the mobile version was a great asset. I will continue to use the old version for as long as it is supported.

Whenever I turn off “Accept chats”, it always automatically turns on itself later. Are you assuming we should be available for chatting 24/7 and have no problem to be bothered when I feed my baby at 2AM ??????

Incoming chat sound and all other sound notification still doesn’t work. Highly appreciated if it can be fixed asap.

While we are very happy with LiveChat as a service, this app does not feel like it’s part of the LiveChat ecosystem and needs serious improvement. Besides a pretty terrible UI compared to the desktop app, the main issue (as multiple other reviews already mentioned) is that notifications are not reliable at all, causing missed chats and upset customers. We’re a small business and I mainly use the app on the weekends when we don’t have support staff at the office. When it works, it’s very convenient: I get a notification when customers open a chat and can reply from my phone as if it were a text message. Very often, however, notifications do not come through and customers are left waiting thinking we are ignoring them. Just today I thought it was odd that zero customers had messaged us all weekend. I logged in only to find four unassigned chats and two rated bad due to no response. I have checked all notification settings and everything looks fine. I even made sure to uncheck dnd if on desktop just in case. Unfortunately, I have decided for now it’s a better approach to just be offline instead of “greeting” customers and then not realize they are talking to us. Once this app is fixed and brought up to LiveChat standards, our experience with your service as a whole will improve dramatically as a reliable mobile app is the only (and important) missing piece for us.
