Very poor app, have to select a timeslot and your address twice for some reason, super slow, if you make changes to your cart after you place the order the chances of the changes making it to your order are about 50/50. How they haven’t fixed this yet is beyond me.

I put in an order and it was delivered at noon today. 2 cooked chickens missing. I had to call the store and PC Express in St Thomas wouldn’t take appropriate responsibility. I called 3 times. I had to put another order in because they claimed door dash wouldn’t rectify this. Now, I had to purchase unnecessary items to make it over $30and can’t get a time today. I wasted 2 hours of my time with very little responsibility taken.

Once you figure out the app on your own because the customer service by chat or phone is terrible, you’ll be saving time and it’s so easy again once you figure it all out yourself.

App doesn’t consistently work, always shows groceries have always been picked up. Crashes mid order occasionally.

This PC express app is ridiculously slow. Every click needs at least 10seconds for it to do anything. Terrible.

The prices on the superstore website were cheaper then what was shown in the app. Also I was looking at salmon it said 7.37/100g then 3.31$/1 LB which is not accurate at all.

Perfect for saving time but not everything on the store is online. But it’s still worth it!
