Κακό site και επίσης κακή εφαρμογή!!! Καθόλου φιλικό προς το χρήστη, πολύ βασικά πράγματα κ δύσχρηστα!! Κάτι πρέπει να κάνετε και γρήγορα!!!

UPDATE: a year later and it has gotten even worse. Good job. After some time the app keeps logging out. In order to log back in you have to type the credentials since password manager does not work on the application. Additionally, payment information should be more clear. Please also stop sending random texts to people that have paid the subscription.

Πολύ κακή και δεν δουλεύει .Κατεβάζεις την εφαρμογή συνδέεσαι και μετά αν χρειαστεί να ξανά συνδεθείς σου λέει πως δεν υπάρχει ο λογαριασμός !! ΔΕΝ ΔΟΥΛΕΥΕΙ

The app is useless, fully confusing regarding what the customer has to pay. I see different amounts in the app, I receive texts with different amounts, I can’t know what’s right. It’s also full of bugs and to make matters worse you can’t even login!! Throws this: FormatException: Unexpected end of input (at character 1). The web app at my.inalan.gr is another mess, where you can’t even login there as well. Unbelievable bad services for a utility.

Φτιάξτε το, είναι ντροπή να έχετε τέτοιο app. Δεν λειτουργεί τίποτα, δεν βγάζεις νόημα, κρίμα για την εικόνα σας.

Καθόλου φιλικό προς τον χρήστη! Ούτε η εφαρμογή ούτε η ιστοσελίδα! Προχειροδουλειες μπακαλικες! Τόσα χρόνια στην αγορά κ καμία βελτίωση

Απελπισία! Ούτε καν μ αφήνει να μπω στην εφαρμογή ! Ενώ η είσοδος μέσω site ,δουλεύει κανονικά
