Disappointed with faculty and overall team. Wasted my money. Scammed me and the whole batch of sub staff to clerk promotion for pnb. Need a refund asap.

Earlier I had taken JAIIB AND CAIIB BATCH IT WAS GOOD. But this time worst faculty except accounting. Only CA AARTI is good teacher rest all are just passing time. Union bank promotion batch. Waste of money. It is my worst experience.

The lecturers are brilliant and classes are undoubtedly wonderful. My only complaint and concern is with support team. They don’t listen what is your actual issue is. Asked me to wait for almost 2 hours and even after wasting my time they asked to wait another 30 minutes because they were working on it as they said. Then talking with “Jyoti” she is not even understanding my actual issue rather than solving it she is just sending me screenshots of my portal which is very unnecessary. I mean, Are they really getting salary for not solving students issues? Even after telling her in simple “English” what my concern is, she asked me to connect on call which I replied fine. But she is not calling for another 20 minutes. She literally called me when I was not available. I mean seriously? Literally wasted my 3 hours for nothing. (They just update portal and what for? I don’t understand) I was watching the recorded videos and suddenly they removed or expired all the SBI PO 2024-25 videos. Do we really pay for this. 😭 The support representatives are v unprofessional.
